Sr AI Specialist
We are hiring a Senior AI/ML Specialist with 15+ years of industry experience to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that blend Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional Deep Learning for industrial applications. This role requires a proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions in data-heavy industrial environments, particularly with signal processing (e.g., FFT, velocity spectrum), time-series analysis, and large-volume data pipelines.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of expertise in Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and 3–4 years focused on LLMs, coupled with direct experience in industrial AI deployments. strong industry exposure and a history of solving real-world problems through data analysis and machine learning are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development:
- Design, train, and deploy LLM-based systems and deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, Transformers) for industrial use cases like predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and signal analysis.
- Optimize models for large-scale sensor data, time-series datasets, and spectral analysis (FFT, velocity spectrum).
- Industrial Data Expertise:
- Process and analyze high-volume industrial data (vibration, acoustics, IoT sensor streams) using advanced signal processing and feature engineering techniques.
- Develop hybrid AI architectures that integrate LLMs with classical deep learning for multimodal industrial applications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with domain experts, engineers, and product teams to translate industrial challenges into AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for MLOps, model scalability, and deployment in resource-constrained environments.
- Innovation & Leadership:
- Stay ahead of advancements in LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama), deep learning, and industrial AI trends.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects to validate new AI approaches for real-time data processing and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 15+ years in industry roles, with 7+ years in Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, GANs, Transformers) and 3–4 years in LLM development/fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of deploying industrial AI solutions (e.g., manufacturing, energy, automotive) involving large-scale data and signal processing.
- Hands-on experience with time-series analysis, FFT, spectral data, and sensor/IoT data pipelines.
- Technical Skills:
- Mastery of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and NLP libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Proficiency in big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong background in MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and model optimization (quantization, pruning).
- Industry Exposure:
- Prior roles in industrial sectors (e.g., robotics, energy, heavy machinery) with a focus on solving operational challenges using AI.
- Experience working in cross-functional data/ML teams with a focus on production-grade deployments.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. PhD is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with edge AI deployments for industrial hardware.
- Familiarity with physics-informed ML or hybrid models combining domain knowledge with AI.
- Publications or patents in AI/ML applications for industrial systems.
