We are looking for local consultant.
This position is for a financial reporting and data governance role within the Wealth Management Technology Chief Operating Office (COO). The COO provides central governance and support for Business, Resource, Portfolio and Financial Management, and the day-to-day operations for Wealth Management.The candidate will be supporting the COO and Practice Area Groups (PAG) business managers from the central financial management team.
The candidate will be interfacing with the COO functional teams to perform a data governance and financial reporting role with the following responsibilities:
-Assist in creating, organizing, validating and maintaining financial data structure and governance for internal Financial Management team
-Interface with COO functional areas and PAG BMs to understand financial reporting needs, gather requirements, create reports, then work to transition to the Development teams in the long-term
-Create and publish standard financial reporting for WMT COO teams
-Support COO financial management team in ad-hoc reporting and special project requests
-Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Financial Management to answer questions and drive analysis within financial reporting
-Maintain standard financial management structures (e.g. cost centers, allocation sets)
-Maintain internal reporting calendar to track reporting milestones and dependencies for production
The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment, and excellent team player. The candidate will be asked to juggle multiple ad hoc requests in addition to the BAU aspects of the role. The candidate will be required to take ownership and accountability of key deliverables and function as a liaison to the business managers and financial management teams.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and flexible team player who has a strategic vision, but also the ability to execute successfully.
Years of Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Finance and/or Technology Business Management and reporting / data governance.

-Good interpersonal and consultative skills, especially as it relates to handling changing requirements and priorities
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
-Project Management experience
-Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data manipulation, client presentations
-Thorough attention to detail and precision
-Dealing with ambiguity and implementing structure where needed
-Creative thinker who will take complete ownership and accountability
-Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
-Project Management experience
