CIE (Continue Improvement Eng) is a part of D&E department and requests competence engineer who has HW or SW experience on Semiconductor, especially at e-beam inspection or SEM filed …etc.
The mainly jobs are including Technical support, Issue escalation, Troubleshooting handling, Stakeholder management, Project planning, DOA/CQN execution, Logistic, Data analysis and Reporting abilities.
Job Discription
• AIR / EC / Project tickets status follow up and update.
• Issues solving and management ability between filed engineer and key stakeholder.
• Data and logs analysis and hypothesis definition for issue root cause.
• Coach documentation modification and writing.
• Skills of HW and SW maintenance and upgrade.
• e-Beam inspection principle and structure and knowing whole modules working status.
• Technical support and business trip if needed.
• Manage project progress, report externally and smoothly through cross-departmental communication and coordination. (including Taiwan/Netherlands/San Jose region)
• English ability (communication, coordination, meeting minutes, reply ability)
• Document processing capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and so on)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Good English Communication Skill (Toeic 700 above)
• Good E-mail instruction Writing in English and Chinese
• Good at using Microsoft tools (e.g. word, excel, power point)
• Able to work with international teams and drive immediate effectivity and efficiency
• Good communication and social skills to deal with different cultures and departments
• Team player with a pro-active attitude, flexible and highly committed
