Software Leader/Manager

We are multinational team to collaborate with Fortune 500 client ! You will work with Taiwan, and US team from one of the biggest semiconductor equipment giant. We are looking for experienced, highly motivated & results orientated Project Leader/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a professional who understands what it takes to coordinate a multi-faceted, complex project and who has the drive to make things happen.

Requirements: ‧

• Must have experience in hands-on coding experience for at least 5 years.
• Must have experience served as software architect, software manager, or equivalent technical leader role at least 3 years.
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, in both Chinese and English, to communicate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Track record demonstrating strong leadership skills, with multi-national and distributed development environments.
• Ability to work under pressure, think analytically, define and roll out client and project specifics, develop plans and schedules.
• Ability to break-down requirements to doable tasks, to discuss with stakeholders in technical-details, and to provide guidance and training to software team members in technical perspective
• Prior experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry preferred
