  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and familiarity with ITSM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
