Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals to enhance brand awareness and drive growth.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, customer needs, and a competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to create and promote products effectively.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
- Organize and execute promotional events, and webinars.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, media and industry influencers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing
- Digital marketing exposure in ITES based organization is mandatory
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM software, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
