Program Manager with E-beam exp

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of E-beam related projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance; resolve issues and manage changes to ensure project success.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 10+ years in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electron beam technology and its applications.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
