  3. Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and practices, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  4. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SoC or full-chip design principles, methodologies, tools, and technologies, including knowledge of RTL design, verification, synthesis, physical design, and validation.
