The Product Manager will support the delivery and execution of a defined product roadmap by partnering with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders across a matrixed organization. This role focuses on product discovery, roadmap management, and agile delivery to achieve agreed upon outcomes aligned with broader organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to gather requirements and inform product priorities.

-Manage and maintain the product roadmap, including documentation, communication, and updates.

-Provide direction and prioritization support to engineering teams to enable effective agile delivery.

-Coordinate end to end delivery of roadmap initiatives, including identification and communication of risks, issues, and dependencies.

-Ensure product strategy and deliverables align with enterprise and organizational objectives.

-Apply industry and market knowledge to support customer interactions and roadmap decisions.

-Support customer engagement efforts and ongoing product adoption.

-Communicate product outcomes and customer successes to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Demonstrated experience in Product Management.

-Technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed customer discussions.

Experience measuring and reporting on product performance using data and metrics.

-Experience working within modern software engineering environments and across the software development lifecycle.

-Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.

-Strong collaboration skills across technical and non technical teams.

-High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Experience delivering products, solutions, or services in an agile development environment.

-College Degree preferrable but not required

Rate range -$60-$65
