Business Developer
Your Responsibilities Include:
Market Analysis & Strategy
Identify new opportunities through in-depth analysis of market trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives for sustainable growth
Client Relations & Sales
Build lasting relationships with clients through active networking and trust-building
Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to contract closing
- Propose tailored service solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate client needs into concrete projects
Contracts & Pricing Negotiations
- Negotiate commercial terms to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
Align closely with management to optimize profit margins and growth strategies
Networking & Events
- Represent us at trade fairs, conferences, and networking events to highlight our expertise and innovation
- Partner with marketing to increase visibility and brand awareness
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial B2B role
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial, technical, or economic field.
Communication:
You translate strategy into actionable proposals and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Precision in communication is key - an error in a clause or a misjudged pitch can be costly. Your language skills include:
Persuasive in both spoken and written communication
Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German and French is a plus
Familiarity with business terminology and cultural nuances, vital when negotiating with international partners
