Business Developer - Sales
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Sales Executive who will be responsible for both developing the sales strategy and personally executing it by meeting clients, promoting our services/products, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and approach prospective clients.
Regularly visit clients to build strong relationships and close sales.
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve business growth targets.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Provide market feedback to management regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and product improvements.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
Requirements
Proven experience in a B2B sales role (preferably in [your industry]).
