Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Sales Executive who will be responsible for both developing the sales strategy and personally executing it by meeting clients, promoting our services/products, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and approach prospective clients.

  • Regularly visit clients to build strong relationships and close sales.

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve business growth targets.

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Provide market feedback to management regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and product improvements.

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.

  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role (preferably in [your industry]).

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-starter with a “hunter” mentality — able to work independently.
