Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, reliable, and up-to-date master and product data to support global business processes and operational excellence. The position combines hands-on master data management with expert-level data quality analysis, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Managing, maintaining, and cleansing master and product data to meet defined data quality standards and business requirements.
• Performing root cause analyses on data quality issues and defining structural data improvement initiatives, including impact assessments.
• Defining, creating, and maintaining data definitions, quality checks, and governance standards in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Preparing and delivering data quality reporting, metrics, and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and data solutions, including cleansing or migration strategies when required.
• Supporting and executing testing activities (e.g., user acceptance and end-to-end testing) for new or changed data tooling and solutions, and facilitating implementation within the organization.
• Providing first- and second-line support for data-related incidents and operational issues, coordinating with IT and other stakeholders as needed.
• Creating and maintaining work instructions, procedures, and standard ways of working, and supporting training and knowledge transfer across stakeholder groups.
• Actively contributing to data governance boards, the master data management roadmap, and continuous improvement of data management processes.

Qualifications
• Education: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. 

• Experience: 
- Proven experience in master data management and/or data quality management. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and data reporting tools. 
- Experience with root cause analysis, data quality improvement initiatives, and data governance. 
- Understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and the impact of data quality on business processes. 

• Skills: 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Proactive, result-driven, and hands-on mindset. 
- Excellent professional communication skills in English. 
- Ability to work with global, cross-functional stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
