Sales Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES ENGINEER (3-5 yrs)
1. The Sales/Business Development Engineer will be responsible to generate revenues in his region/ territory. Should be a sales hunter by skills/ temperament/ attitude/ personality. He/ she should have a corporate sales(B2B) experience of minimum 3+years. Should have worked in similar domain in the past.
2. Exceed Sales KPI/ Targets. Will work as an individual contributor in a high performing sales environment.
3. Plan Sales revenue month on month/ QOQ/YOY
4. Proactively seek and pursue new business and sales opportunities in the defined markets/ segments.
5. Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values all the time.
6. Should be able to work closely with his lead generator, manage his pipeline, funnel, customers, closures, etc.
7. Should be able to understand emerging trends and market shifts while being fully aware of competition.
- Sales experience in Electronics industry /Automotive/ Medical Devices and/Oil & Gas is preferred.
- Semiconductor process knowledge is plus
- Sales Acumen & excellent networking
- Market intelligence, supply and demand estimation
8.. Should have a proven sales track record of generating revenues, clients & achieving sales quotas.
9. Demonstrated capability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels at the client’s organization.
10. Should have exceptional verbal & written communication skills along with relationship building skills.
11. Should be number driven sales professional.
12.Should have solid understanding of Pre Sales & Business Cycle.
13.Should have good presentation development and documentation skills
14. Should be able to work closely with the development team to create client demos and presentation.
15.Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research
16.Should be able to develop demos and presentation independently.
17.Should be able to ideate and conceptualize solutions and have a consulting mindset.
18.This is a technical and cross functional role. On requirement, candidate should be able to work with the team to support any fast pace delivery.
19.Should have knowledge in addressing technical proposals and developing business models / propositions.
20.Should understand the basic concepts of Agile project management methodology.
21.Should have good communication skills, cross functional working attitude and should be flexible to adopt the project lifecycle variations.
