We are multinational team to collaborate with Fortune 500 client ! You will work with Taiwan, India, and US team from one of the biggest semiconductor equipment giants.
We are looking for experienced, highly motivated & results orientated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a professional who understands what it takes to coordinate a multi-faceted, complex project and who has the drive to make things happen.


Role and responsibilities:
• Customer-facing will be required.
• HW team people management and career development activities including recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, coaching, and KPI performance evaluation.
• Project management experience.
• HW service & product development capability.
• Bonus points for BD experience.
• Serve as a primary point of contact to negotiate scope, schedule, cost, and risks, and prepare RFQ.
• Ensure cross-functional teams fulfill SOW commitments across all applicable functions.
• Manage technical data repository (issue, spec, BOM, Gerber, schematics, PCB stack-up, etc.).
• Review BOM sourcing, report status, and make necessary corrections to achieve program goals.
• Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation.
• Schematics review and ensure the deliverables have fulfilled the acceptance criteria of the customer.
• Support hiring, business activities, and other tasks assigned.

Requirements:
• MS/BS in Electronic Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of hardware R&D experience, and at least 3+ years’ experience in a project leader/management role.
• At least 3 years of semiconductor industry experience within the Electrical Engineering Circuit Design /Mechatronics/Electronics/Motion/Stage/Robot Control domain. Candidate should have direct experience in the design and testing of mechatronic systems/equipment.
• Previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment, repair, and/or installation of company equipment.
• Can work independently for new product/service development related to the semiconductor industry.
• Assists business development team, and product staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
• Able to use developed skills and technical concepts to find optimal solutions for specific problems in an innovative and creative way.
• Motivated, proactive, self-driven, and flexible in business planning.
• Looking for ways to improve value, quality, and service to customers through appropriate relationships and feedback mechanisms.
• Comfortable with communicating clear and concise information to team, management, and customers.
• Good interpersonal skills, and good communication skills in both Chinese and English, demonstrate open, clear, concise, and professional communication. Need to report to customers in English independently.
• Good presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PCBA troubleshooting will be a plus.
• Design experience in PCB/FPGA/IC will be a plus.
• Familiar with OEM/ODM models in the IPC industry and with the capability to plan market strategy will be a plus.
• Ability to travel globally including internal traveling in Taiwan approximately 30% of the time.

Preferred Requirements:
• Prior experience working with global development teams.
• Prior experience in production line auditing and observation.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification.
