Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Engineer with 8-10 years of expertise in Analog, Mixed Signal, board power, high-speed design, and analog front end technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge electronic systems, ensuring their functionality, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
  1. Analog and Mixed Signal Design:
    • Lead the design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits, ensuring high performance and reliability in various applications.
  2. Board Power Design:
    • Design, analyze, and optimize board power distribution systems to meet project requirements, considering efficiency, thermal management, and power integrity.
  3. High-Speed Design:
    • Spearhead high-speed digital and mixed-signal PCB layout and routing, ensuring signal integrity, impedance matching, and compliance with industry standards.
  4. Analog Front End (AFE) Development:
    • Architect and implement analog front ends for various sensor interfaces, ensuring accurate signal conditioning and robust performance in challenging environments.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and firmware engineers, to integrate analog components seamlessly into overall system architecture.
  6. Documentation:
    • Generate detailed design documentation, including schematics, layout guidelines, test plans, and reports, to facilitate efficient collaboration and knowledge transfer within the team.
  7. Risk Assessment and Troubleshooting:
    • Identify potential risks in the design process and implement mitigation strategies. Actively participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
  8. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools related to analog and mixed-signal electronics. Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Analog, Mixed Signal, board power, high-speed design, and analog front end development.
  • Proficient in using design tools such as SPICE simulation, Schematic Capture and PCB tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and product development.
