Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management (F&O/SCM) Lead to oversee end-to-end ERP solution delivery. The ideal candidate is a techno-functional professional capable of bridging the gap between business processes and technical implementations — leading architecture, customization, integration, and deployment of enterprise-grade D365 solutions.
You will lead technical teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure alignment of D365 implementations with business objectives while driving innovation and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end design, development, customization, and deployment of D365 F&O and SCM solutions.
- Architect scalable and performance-optimized solutions leveraging X++, CoC, extensions, APIs, and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Manage full solution lifecycle — requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology — providing functional insights and technical implementation guidance.
- Collaborate with Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and other business teams to optimize ERP processes.
- Oversee configuration, workflows, and customizations aligned with business goals.
- Mentor and guide developers, functional consultants, and junior team members.
- Design and implement integrations using AIF, OData, REST APIs, and Power Platform components.
- Lead data migration, ETL, and validation processes using Data Entities and SQL Server.
- Manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Support management with real-time insights through optimized reporting solutions.
- Utilize LCS and Azure DevOps for project lifecycle management, CI/CD, builds, and deployment pipelines.
- Enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation for all deliverables.
- Support UAT, end-user training, and change management initiatives.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O with strong technical and functional expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Dynamics AX 2012 / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Production, Logistics)
- Finance Modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)
- X++ Development, CoC, Extensions, Integrations (AIF, OData, REST APIs)
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- SQL Server, SSRS, and Data Management Framework
- Azure DevOps, LCS, and CI/CD Pipelines
- Solution Architecture & Performance Optimization
- Functional Process Knowledge – Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Production Lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
